The Hip 12-Court Pickleball Complex is a dynamic fusion of sport, entertainment, and sustainability. Guests enjoy high-tech pickleball courts, private cabanas, bocce ball, fire pits, and live music—all set within vibrant edible landscaping that feeds into a globally inspired menu. After the game, unwind in the spacious two-story restaurant with bold flavors and garden-fresh cocktails. It’s an elevated experience that’s electric from start to finish.

Creating this immersive space came with challenges—from navigating diverse microclimates and sun/shade conditions to meeting landlord and city requirements. Construction delays and extreme summer heat tested the timing and resilience of the kitchen garden, but cooler seasons brought recovery and growth. From shaded corners to sun-scorched raised beds, the result is a thriving, sustainable landscape that proves beauty and function can flourish anywhere.
