As a Crew Chief, your duties would include:

• Assist in scheduling, managing, and executing landscape projects per design specifications, budget and time constraints within contract and/or work order details.

• Assist in managing, motivating and training crew workers as needed on proper Agriscaping methods, procedures, and policies, as well as the correct use of equipment and supplies.

• Assist in ensuring all materials and supplies are onsite when needed.

• Assist in promoting healthy work relationships; addressing and settling grievances as necessary.

• Assist in ensuring crew tasks are completed properly, and job sites are kept in order per company standards.

Job Type: Full time

Compensation: $24 - $32/hr depending on experience

Typical schedule: 8 hour shift varies (7am - 4pm winter, 5am - 2pm summer)

Supplemental pay types: Project bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate: Queen Creek, AZ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience: 3+ years in Landscaping (Preferred)

Language: English (Required), Spanish (Required)

License/Certification: Driver's license (Required)
